Virtual Meeting: Planning Commission

The agenda is now available for the Planning Commission meeting of Thursday, August 20, 2020. The agenda and meeting materials can be found at the Planning Commission webpage.

How to Comment: ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF PARTICIPATING DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS AND SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER

The City Council Chambers will be closed.The meeting will held virtually by webinar. You may comment in the following ways:

• During Meeting: Call-In Feature Using Zoom - see www.cityofsantacruz.com/pc for the agenda, which provides the phone number to call and the Meeting ID. A list of phone numbers is provided in the event the first number is busy.
• Before Meeting: Online Comments via the Planning Commission webpage or Email cityplan@cityofsantacruz.com

Visit the Planning Commission web page to read instructions on how to participate using Zoom or using the call-in feature, and ways to watch the Planning Commission meeting, which will begin broadcasting at 7pm.

COMMENTING IN ADVANCE IS ENCOURAGED
