Santa Cruz County Deputy Loves Lemonade
This young lemonade purveyor, who was open for business Saturday, got a visit from an unexpected customer.
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — A Santa Cruz County deputy was recently caught on camera visiting a local lemonade stand. Deputy Matthews enjoyed a cool cup of lemonade while visiting this young entrepreneur, who was outside enjoying the warm weather Saturday.
The photo, which was shared on the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, has garnered more than 600 “likes” and 45 comments since it was posted. The girl’s mother and grandmother thanked the deputy for his memorable visit, which made a big impression on the young girl, according to her mother’s Facebook comment.
