Santa Cruz County Sheriff Jim Hart Seeks Advisory Team Members

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office is looking for community members who want to make an impact by joining Sheriff Jim Hart's advisory team. The Sheriff’s Advisory Team consists of community members from all walks of life, including residents working in the health, treatment, faith, education and business professions.

Advisory team members meet with Sheriff Hart once a month to share concerns and solutions. The team will also get a behind-the-scenes look at sheriff's facilities and jails, as well as go on ride-alongs with patrol staff.
