Santa Cruz Stabbing Suspect Sought
At around 7:18 a.m., officers responded to a fight between two transient men.

SANTA CRUZ, CA -- Santa Cruz police are looking for a man in connection with a stabbing this morning near the intersection of Laurel Street and Pacific Avenue east of the beach boardwalk, they said.
At around 7:18 a.m., officers responded to a fight between two transient men which one of them stabbed the other. The 40-year-old victim was treated at tthe scene by paramedics and then taken to the hospital with
non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
The second man was still being sought this afternoon.
