Santa Cruz Virtual Community Meeting Announcement For 126 Eucalyptus Project

Please Join the Applicant for a second Community Meeting to discuss 126 Eucalyptus Avenue. This is a follow-up to the first community meeting to review revisions the first meeting. The project consists of a Pre-application for a nonresidential Demolition Authorization Permit, Special Use Permit, Coastal Permit, Design Permit and Historic Alternation Permit to construct a senior housing development comprised of a two-story structure and one three story wing consisting of 88 units of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, and 4 inclusionary Living Units. Located on approximately 3 acres of the Oblates of St Joseph campus located in the R-1-5/CZ-O/WCD-O (Single family residence/Coastal Zone Overlay/West Cliff Drive Overlay) zone district. Community members will have a chance to ask questions, view the project plans, and provide feedback for the project.
