Santa Cruz County elections officials finalized results on Tuesday.

SANTA CRUZ, CA — Santa Cruz County finalized elections results on Tuesday, marking the end of a weeks-long ballot counting process following the Nov. 3 presidential election.
Election workers tallied 146,857 votes — the highest number ever recorded in a county election, according to the Santa Cruz County Clerk/Registrar of Voters office. Turnout was at 86 percent.

- Sonja Brunner: business community director (15%, 14,860 votes)
- Martine Watkins: incumbent, educational coordinator (14%, 14,616 votes)
- Sandy Brown: incumbent, teacher (14%, 14,465 votes)
- Shebreh Kalantari-Johnson: nonprofit strategic manager (13%, 13,157 votes)
- Kayla Kumar: nonprofit executive (12%, 11,680 votes)
- Maria Cadenas: nonprofit executive director (10%, 10,397 votes)
- Kelsey Hill: nonprofit program director (9%, 9,513 votes)
- Elizabeth Conlan: scientist (7%, 6,802 votes)
- Alicia Kuhl: wellness specialist (5%, 5,422 votes)
