Sheriff's Office Offers Free Screening Of 'Bystander Moment'
The documentary about "transforming rape culture" is available to view through April 22.

In light of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, the Sheriff’s Office in partnership with the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART), hosted a free virtual screening of the documentary “The Bystander Moment: Transforming Rape Culture at its Roots” followed by a virtual conversation April 20 with keynote speaker Jackson Katz, Ph.D., co-founder of Mentors in Violence Prevention and guest speakers Sheriff Jim Hart, and Ann Simonton, Chair of the Santa Cruz Commission for the Prevention of Violence Against Women.
