Suspect Spraying Victims With Possible Urine In Santa Cruz
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'4" in height, overweight, with black hair and brown eyes.

SANTA CRUZ, CA β The Santa Cruz Police Department is asking for the communityβs help in identifying a suspect who is reportedly spraying people with an unknown liquid, possibly urine.
The SCPD has two separate incidents reported, and the department is aware of another mentioned in a social media post.
"The reported incidents occurred while the victim was jogging on 9/14/19 and 9/24/19 on Water Street near Reed Way, and the other one happened in the 500 block of Ocean View Ave.," the SCPD reported.

There was also another incident posted on a social media site, but police have not been able to speak to the alleged victim. In the post, the incident reportedly happened on the bridge from San Lorenzo Park toward downtown and at the corner of New Leaf Market on Pacific Ave.

In one instance, the suspect was wearing a gray pullover sweater with a Santa Cruz skateboard logo on the back of it.
