In Santa Cruz: TriYoga Level 1 Teacher Training
Immerse in TriYoga Level 1 Teacher Training ~Develop & Refine Teaching Skills. Includes Technique, Methodology, Practicum, & more!
All are welcome! The Level 1 TriYoga Teacher Training can be taken to deepen your practice, to gain hours towards certification in Level 1 and/or to gain hours toward the advanced 300-hour Yoga Alliance Registry.
Experience the joy of TriYoga! Create a greater flow of prana with this seamless, fluid yogaflow® of dynamic, sustained asana unified with pranayama and mudra. Awaken the spine, feel the energy flow, and create heat in the body to release deep patterns of tension.
One weekend per month for 10 months. Registration for individual days/weekends is also possible.
