Volunteers Sought To Send Cards To Seniors

Volunteers are needed to write cards to seniors. When a person goes into a care facility, they face many challenges including emotional and social isolation. Sending a card can help to brighten their day and put a smile on their face! Some ideas are: “Thinking of You” cards and notes, special occasion cards or create your own cards!

Activity items can also help to brighten a senior’s day and relieve some of the stress they may be feeling. Some suggestions include Crossword Puzzles, Word Search Books and Adult Coloring Books.
