Nichols uses neuroscience to explain the cognitive process our minds go through whenever we encounter water, drawing from his own personal experiences and stories of others. This book will revolutionize how one thinks about water, as it reveals the remarkable truth about the benefits of being in, on, or near water and our deep connection with it. He will be selling copies of his book at the event.
