74-Year-Old At-Risk Man Missing In Santa Monica

Police said the man may display aggressive behavior if found, so people should use caution when approaching.

SANTA MONICA, CA — The Santa Monica Police Department solicited the public's help locating an at-risk man who went missing on Wednesday.

Carlos Zertuche was last seen in Santa Monica at 21st Street and Santa Monica Boulevard at 6;30 p.m. Zertuche is believed to be on foot and officials didn't provide where he could be headed.

Zertuche is described as a 74-year-old man with black hair who is 5 feet 9 inches tall. Police said Zertuche may display aggressive behavior, so people should use caution when approaching.
