Art41 Debuts Tonight With Three Local Artists

Art41 debuts tonight, Wednesday, July 20th, 7 p.m. at 41 Ocean Club in Santa Monica, where the public can meet three local artists and view their current collections:

MARK JACOBS has been creating art his whole life, drawing inspiration from his global upbringing. Art runs deep in the family tree with a long line of artists, including a great uncle who had paintings in the Louvre. He has lived on five continents, until finally landing on the beaches of Santa Monica. Mark is a successful commercial graphic artist and the owner/designer of 7th Revolution clothing line.

ANGELA WHITWORTH has been in love with the camera since she was an adolescent. She used it as a creative outlet during her troubled teenage years and more so now as an adult. Since having a background in acting and modeling she wanted to gain more creative direction by getting behind the lens to tell a story. She has a sensual style which she uses in her photographs that tend to captivate, amuse and sometimes push the envelope to her audience.

GABRIEL GAULT was born and raised in Southern California. He spent his formative years in Venice Beach, where culture and residents made a lasting impression. A lifelong artist, Gabe studied the arts in and out of the classroom. In 2011, he began an apprenticeship with artist Rob Prior, and discovered his passion for learning through doing. Currently, Gabe is focusing on creating charitable murals with the non-profit organization Right @ Home, bringing arts exposure and education to schools nationwide. Game lives in the San Fernando Valley with his dog Betty.

There will be both paintings and photographs on display and for sale.
