SMBA Hit Factory Fall Baseball/Softball Hitting Camp!

SMBA's one day hitting camp is designed to focus on improving a player's hitting skills through specialized instruction, drills, and repetition.
Players will use hitting machines, batting cages and one on one instruction. We emphasize core techniques, swing mechanics, hitting for power, plate zone identification, using strength building techniques with speed and agility !

Players should wear baseball attire, including hats and cleats, sunscreen and water for hydration.
