Calls for Virginia Gov Northam to Resign Pouring In: Calls for the resignation of Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D) have begun pouring after Northam acknowledged it is he who appears in a 1984 photograph from his medical school yearbook - showing a man in blackface and another in a Ku Klux Klan robe.
Gee, perhaps Gov Northam could try this defense - “I was drunk, I like beer,” or how about “I looked at my wall calendar for that year and didn’t notice anything I had penciled in that was racist” - or have those two excuses already been used before?
Of course, this had all the Trump supporters just jumping for joy - that is, until then they realized Gov Northam will be replaced by the state’s Lt Governor Justin Fairfax - who is black. Oops!
