We'd like to partner with commercial real estate brokers to lease our private office spaces.
When you sell your client one of our private offices you’ll earn a 10% commission.
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE NO COMMITMENT
10% of the gross commitment fee for 1-12 months
LONG TERM COMMITMENT
6-12 month 10% upfront of the gross commitment fee
RENEWALS
2% of the gross membership fee of the renewal term
EXPANSION
