Through an investigative process that draws upon meditation, visualization, and improvisation, we expand our creative capacities, move our bodies, encounter each other and cultivate a sense of play. All levels of participants who are interested in exploring expressive movement are welcome. This session features live musical collaboration with Eric Pham. After moving we will rest, journal, and share in a closing circle with tea. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to build a nest with.
