Aqualilies Midweek Technique (Ages 16+)

The Aqualillies expand their repertoire by bringing you the new Midweek Technique Classes. Over the course of six 75-minute sessions, you'll learn sculling techniques, back layouts, ballet legs, torpedoes, tuck turns, and marching. This a great opportunity to try out Synchronized swimming and make new friends all while having a great workout in the beautiful Historic Beach House pool.

Tuesday, 6:15pm - 7:30pm, March 1 - April 5, April 12 - May 17
Thursday, 8:45am - 10:00am, March 3- april7, April 14 - May 19 

All levels are welcome.
