kidsrevolving - Tiny Shakers (yoga for 2-4 yrs old)

This yoga class offers an energy bursting, imaginative practice shaped just for little tots! Imagination is key, as we use rhythmic body movement and children are encouraged to develop their sensory, motor and social skills while having fun in a group setting. Participants begin with a breathing warm-up and then experience a series of movement explorations based on themes inspired by cultures from around the world (ie: Amazon Rain Forest, African Safari, Russian Circus, Arctic Polar Bear Island, Mystical Dragon Lair of the East, etc), concluding with a tranquil cool-down segment of guided visualization and scrumptious hand/foot rubs. Natural Juice Snack included. All yoga mats, weekly props, eye pillows and lotions provided.
