Join NAAM YOGA® LA as we come together to celebrate Spring Equinox and dedicate our collective energy to 'Healing for Japan', our earth and humanity, on one of the most powerful days of the year.

On Saturday, March 19, NAAM YOGA® LA will be holding a special Spring Equinox Naam Yoga® Class. We will work with breath, movement, mudras, and mantra bringing the body and mind into harmony and balance, plus send powerful healing vibrations to all in need, worldwide. A healthy dish and organic tea will follow.
