Wednesday Workouts for Students

An all level, friendly, non-intimdating workout for tweens & teens in an intimate gym setting or outdoors. Workout is supervised and each student works at his/her own pace. Different exercises may be given to different students based on individual goals. Space is limited and you must RSVP. 1 Private session is highly encouraged before joining the workout. This is great for students that want to get faster, stronger, lose weight, work on nutrition, get a regular routine, learn how to exercise more effectively and/or goal setting. It's also a great way for students who maybe need some individualized coaching but want to share the cost of working with a trainer. Workouts can integrate a combination of cardio, strength, core, yoga and martial arts. The objective is for students to enjoy working out and want to come back!
