This community meeting of the Wilshire/Montana Neighborhood Coalition offers residents a chance to meet with representatives of the Santa Monica Police Department and members of the Planning and Community Development Department responsible for defining and enforcing our city's zoning. (Remember, zoning describes how, where, and what can get built in Santa Monica. It also describes rules for business operation and lots of other stuff.)
