PCH Reopens After Bluff Rescue In Santa Monica
Pacific Coast Highway was shut down for a short period of time just south of the California Incline.

SANTA MONICA, CA — All lanes of Pacific Coast Highway have reopened as of 4:05 p.m., the Santa Monica Police Department said.
PCH was shut down just south of the California Incline about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday while fire crews worked to rescue a person stuck on a bluff in the 1200 block of Pacific Coast Highway, near Downtown Santa Monica, according to the Santa Monica Fire Department.
