Free Holistic Health Talk In Santa Monica
Learn how to identify safe vs. dangerous foods, how to read labels, how to find healthy alternatives to your favorite foods, and more.

SANTA MONICA, CA – On Thursday, August 24 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., certified holistic health counselor Jo-e Sutton will be giving a free talk on how to navigate the modern food supply. Sutton will be lecturing on how to reduce toxins in foods, identifying safe foods from dangerous ones, how to read labels, and how to find healthier alternatives to your favorite foods.
A member of the Wellness and Performance division of Physical Therapyworks, Sutton is committed to encouraging whole life health and aims to inspire those to make healthy, sustainable dietary changes, according to a press release.
Sutton is a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor through the Institute for
Integrative Nutrition and Teacher’s College, Columbia University, and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Immersion Program in advanced business, health and transformational coaching methods.
