Theme: When You're Hoping For a Miracle
“My God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19 NIV)
Jobs are not secure, especially these days. God is. He led you to make a certain series of decisions and he is going to provide the time, money, tools, support, and food you need to accomplish your goal. We have to rely more on God than our bank accounts. We have to talk to him and take things one day at a time. Yesterday's trust adds to today's trust, and then you add trusting God tomorrow and that's how you learn to truly trust or to truly do anything. You practice repeatedly to go to the Olympics, you pray repeatedly to develop a prayer life. Do what God says and he'll do what he says.
Prayer: Guide me today in trust and faith.
Example: Some days are good, and some could be worse. Trust God on both days.
