Happy Returns Takes The Hassle Out Of Online Returns
The Santa Monica-based company helps customers return their online purchases for free at kiosks around L.A.

SANTA MONICA, CA – Sometimes online purchases just don't work out – that's where Happy Returns comes into play. The Santa Monica-based company will help you return your online buys for free at kiosks all around Los Angeles.
No return labels or packaging needed, and your refunds will be processed immediately, according to ABC7.
"We wanted to create a service that's going to be free for customers and just much easier," said," Mark Geller, Co-Founder & COO of Happy Returns, told the news station. "So you're able to just walk into a store, like Paper Source, and just hand your items to someone."

The Happy Returns co-founders met at HauteLook, a retailer that was acquired by Nordstrom, according to their website. Then, the duo worked on a successful "Return to Rack" program that allowed HauteLook shoppers to return products to Nordstrom Rack stores. The two found that online shoppers "overwhelmingly prefer to return in person to avoid the hassle and wait of returns by mail," the website said.
Happy Returns currently has more than 30 locations in the L.A. area, with more kiosks across the country.
