Have You Seen this Car? It's Suspected in Hit-and-Run Crash in Santa Monica
The car may have front end damage, from the bumper to the hood and windshield, police said.

SANTA MONICA, CA -- Santa Monica police are looking for a silver sedan involved in a suspected hit-and-run crash that injured a pedestrian Tuesday and on Thursday are asking for any witnesses to come forward.
The hit-and-run crash happened at around 5:45 p.m. at at the 1300 block of Second Street, Santa Monica Police said. When officers arrived they found an unresponsive woman with significant head injuries in the crosswalk, Lt. Saul Rodriguez said.
She was treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital where she remains hospitalized, he said.

"A preliminary investigation revealed the involved vehicle fled the scene after colliding with the pedestrian," Rodriguez said.
Police described the car as a possible model year 2000-2006 silver Nissan Sentra. The suspected car was last seen traveling southbound on Ocean Avenue toward Colorado Boulevard after the crash, police said.

"The vehicle may have damage to the front right side; from the bumper to the hood and windshield," Rodriguez said. "The investigation is ongoing and investigators are interested in speaking with anyone who was in the area near the time of the collision."
