There is no question that this year's U.S. Presidential elections are wild and crazy. But it’s nothing compared to the insanity that ensues in the election for the world's most revered office, King of the Jungle in “The Monkeys’ Choice,” the hilarious political satire by Rob Schiller, the Emmy-winning director behind King of Queens and Two and a Half Men.

King Bohunk has been the ruler of the Apes for as long as anyone can remember. But when a Cannibal Chief comes along and challenges his reign, the whole jungle seems to go wild: Bohunk’s wife suddenly wants to go back to Long Island and his son falls in love with the Cannibal Chief’s daughter. Bohunk must decide, then, whether he’ll fight to hold his post as King of the Jungle or give up the crown in this political satire.

In the U.S. it’s an unbelievable race for the presidency that gets stranger by the day. “The Monkeys’ Choice” brings some levity to the harsh reality of political campaigns and involves the audience to help elect the next King of the Jungle.
