Police ID Man Who Jumped From Santa Monica Pier
Search teams located his body Saturday morning, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

SANTA MONICA, CA – Authorities released the identity Monday of a man who died after jumping into the water from the Santa Monica Pier. He was Travis Ford, 37, of Los Angeles, coroner's Lt. Larry Dietz said.
Ford jumped from the pier just before 11:30 p.m. Friday, according to the Santa Monica Police Department. Search teams located his body at 9:37 a.m. Saturday, a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher said.
