Police Search For Critical Missing Woman Last Seen Near PCH
Santa Monica Police are asking the public's help to find a critical missing woman last seen near Pacific Coast Highway.

SANTA MONICA, CA — Santa Monica Police are seeking the public's help to find a missing 24-year-old woman with a history of mental illness who was last seen near Pacific Coast Highway.
Angelica Torres was last seen in the 15000 block of Pacific Coast Highway at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
Police describe her as having brown eyes & hair, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 110 lbs.
