The Santa Monica office of Prudential California Realty, one of the nation’s largest residential brokerages and soon to be Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, has added Alessandra Castrogiovanni to its growing office, located at 3130 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 100, Santa Monica, Calif.
“Alessandra comes from strong real estate roots, with great influence from her mother, a long-time real estate broker, who has a successful career with a Prudential office in Palos Verdes,” says John Closson, Vice President and Regional Manager of Prudential California Realty. “Based on her mother’s success, we know she’ll be extremely successful.”

Originally from Palos Verdes Estates, Castrogiovanni lived and studied art at L’Accdemia di Belle Arti di Bologna in Italy. She is a dual citizen and is fluent in Italian and French. Castrogiovanni also lived in New York and studied at Fordham University in Lincoln Center. For the last fifteen years, she has lived in Los Angeles and currently calls Playa del Rey her home.
