Matrix Physical Therapy & Wellness, located at 2730 Wilshire Blvd, Suite #105, Santa Monica, CA 90403 provides premier Physical Therapy and Wellness Services to L.A.'s Westside.

June brings an expansion of the facility's wellness services to include a new Restorative Yoga & Meditation Class led by one of Santa Monica's foremost yoga experts, Jackie Kaminski. With 35 years in the fitness industry, Jackie has been a yoga specialist since 1997.

Matrix founders, John Chao, DPT, OCS and David Ojeda DPT, OCS, had a clear vision of what a physical therapy clinic should be. With more than 20 years of combined clinical experience, they decided to create a space that is more than just a traditional PT clinic. Matrix is designed to heal people from injuries and keep them healthy in the future. This includes an array of allied health services from therapeutic massage, personal training, pilates and yoga classes and more. Matrix is a place to help uninjured people stay healthy by avoiding injury.

Relax Deeply Restorative Yoga & Mediation is a therapeutic yoga class that uses props to support the body in order to deepen the benefit of the poses. This class is calming and soothing and creates a way for students to relax and let go of various tensions. The development of the poses for Restorative Yoga is credited to B.K.S. Iyengar. The nurturing techniques used in this class furthers the growth of conscious relaxation and is designed for students to move at a slower pace. It’s the perfect class to wind down at the end of the day.
