Inspiration of the Taco

The Red Baron is a first-time option on Mondo Taco’s new and improved menu. It is a Chinese Chicken-type taco, inspired by a loyal customer at our restaurant, Baron Davis.

How it was Created

On one of his frequent visits, Davis Baron asked Mondo Taco Founder, Sam Spector, to make him a taco right there on the fly. The catch? It had to be one that wasn’t already on the menu. So what was the result? The Red Baron!

• Sriracha honey ginger sauce

• Grilled onions
• Sesame seeds
