Pedestrian Struck and Killed In Santa Monica

The pedestrian died at the scene of the crash early Tuesday morning.

SANTA MONICA, CA – A vehicle fatally struck a pedestrian in Santa Monica Tuesday morning, police said.

The person died at the scene of the crash, which occurred about 5:20 a.m. on northbound Pacific Coast Highway near the California Incline, the Santa Monica Police Department reported.

A section of northbound PCH was closed in the area while an investigation was conducted.
