Viewfinder: Car Show on the Pier

The Los Angeles Shelby American Automobile Club stages its seventh-annual Tony Sousa Car Show.

The Los Angeles Shelby American Automobile Club held its seventh-annual Tony Sousa Car Show on the on Saturday. Attendees feasted their eyes on about 100 cars, ranging from classic Cobras to modern Daytona Coupes to Automobile Driving Museum fixtures.

Automobile legend Bob Bondurant and actor/ auto historian Tim Considine were the special guests at the event, which also featured an awards show.

LASAAC is an organization "dedicated to the preservation, history and enjoyment of the world-championship cars built by Shelby American," according to its Web site.
