What's your best idea for Santa Monica's newest business?

At 700 Wilshire Blvd., not only is the former home to the Junior Drake Outlet a prime real estate location, visible to drivers and passersby zipping in and out of downtown, it's also the most visible retail spot in the historic Santa Monica Professional Building. When constructed in 1928, the six-story building heralded the development of the west end of Wilshire Boulevard as a major commercial corridor, experts say.

It's now empty, and before it undergoes a major transformation into part of a 285-room hotel, we want to hear your opinion for the next tenant.
