Where's Melo? French Bulldog Missing In Santa Monica Area
The 9-month-old pup possibly spotted "with transient" at pier and bike path, since disappearing a month ago, owner said.

SANTA MONICA, CA — The owners of a 9-month-old French bulldog, believed to be stolen, is turning to the public and offering a reward for help in finding the black pup, missing since Sept. 26.
Melo weighs 30 pounds, has a "white star" marking on its chest and wears a purple harness, according to the missing-pet flyer, which also notes the dog takes medications for skin and allergy conditions. Melo was last seen on the 2700 block of Neilson Way in Santa Monica.
"Melo ... has been spotted with a man described as 'transient' by witnesses around Santa Monica," the owners wrote. "He has been spotted by the pier, on the bike path towards Will Rodgers and around the local area. Please help Melo's family bring him home!"

A reward is offered for Melo's safe return, and the family asks that anyone who spots the little guy to call (310) 804-2578.

"Let's bring him home! He has been spotted 10+ times in the area before knowing he was missing," the owner said. "Please help his family bring him home."
