The 16-month-old girl died April 8, 2025, from what the Medical Examiner's Office ruled was accidental asphyxia after her head got wedged between a plastic cot and a crib's railing. The girl was found by a daycare provider who performed life-saving measures, but the girl ultimately died at a hospital, according to the M.E.'s Office.

Snow was arraigned in the criminal case last December.

The civil case remains pending, with a hearing scheduled for this June.

The lawsuit alleges the girl was left alone in a playpen and when she was discovered, her condition indicated she "had been without oxygen for an extended period of time."

Snow remains out of custody on bail, with conditions that include a prohibition against supervising children other than her own.
