Some health insurance companies will pay 100% of your gym membership, workout programs, yoga, etc. Others will provide a dollar amount that can be used towards a workout program and the rest is paid by the covered person.
Another option is to see if your health insurance has a partnership with a certain gym or workout programs, etc. Though they might not pay for the membership, they offer a discount like 10% off the monthly fee. And any savings is better than none.

The easiest way to find out if your health insurance has a program like this, would be to simply call them or talk to your HR department. If you work at a bigger company, you might be able to persuade HR (or the boss!) to have an outside instructor come in during lunch or after work to get a good sweat on at a discount.
Besides health insurance, some larger companies are also partnering with gyms and other workout programs allowing for their employees to get a discount on memberships. Again, you would have to contact your HR department. Or, you could contact the instructor/gym and see if they know of any discounts through their specific health insurance or company.
