Also introducing the . was a great find for the lakes with vast knowledge of private/public partnerships in his past career as Park and Rec Director for the the biggest little city in the world, Reno NV. There he was in charge of a golf course and ski slope, an ice skating rink, and multiple sports fields and parks.
