Three Chord Justice, Ravens Camp, Ice Cream, and Mayor Gets Punked

This week's will feature the . The concert will be at and starts at 6:30pm, but you should plan on getting there by 6pm to hear the warm up act and to get yourself a primo spot to watch the show. You can either bring your own picnic or enjoy food from one of the three different gourmet food trucks there each week. Also, the runs a concession stand with proceeds directly to the league. 

Also on Thursday the 26th, will be hosting his second annual at his starting at 4pm and going till 6pm. He will be giving us an update of what is happening in Sacramento and you will have a chance to tell him what is important to you. 

The Santee Ravens hold there first ever Pop Warner three day training camp. This was run by volunteers for the Ravens and open to all of the teams in Pop Warner. The proceeds for the event went to help the Ravens pay for new training gear for the kids while at the same time further encouraging kids to get off the couch and be active.

Finally, our got inducted into Shotgun Tom Kelly's Pool Hall Punks. Mayor Voepel has be waiting for this honor for over eight years, and his time had finally come (see video). This just weeks after East County superstar Shotgun Tom Kelly found out that he will be the next person to get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. This is a big honor not only for Shotgun, but for all of Santee as the Shotgun first became famous as a DJ for .
