Charity of Local Interest and ties.

I was scanning Charities again. Using names of Local Personalities. I figured the big Churches would be interesting. So , I came across a "familiar" Charity from last year. WORLD HELP. How? There are FOUR Foglio gentlemen on it's Advisory Board,including Chairman Tony Foglio  Sr.,former Sonrise Head Minister, and also previously George Bush "2008 pardoned",convicted drug  trafficer, turned minister,Tony Foglio. Jr.. Here I have to say that I believe everyone deserves a second chance. Any way, I stumbled across an article from April 26,2013,on the Chronicle of Philanthropy about this Charity. Having seen their 2011 tax returns, I was surprised to uncover they had been AMENDED, twice, with a revised income,for 2011,of 17 Million versus 239 million. It showed 5 million in goods received,the rest I assume cash. Millions of allegedly received goods were disavowed by the purported donors. Gets even better. One of my previously noted charitable frauds, The Breast cancer Society,of Mesa Arizona had claimed a gift of 22.5 millions in goods for 2011. How does a company that collected 17 million income donated 22.5 to any one,let alone a "charity" that gives only 2% of its income to grants. Reminds me of the Peregrine Software company a few years ago,that was reporting "imaginary" revenue from a San Francisco company,that in return reported imaginary income from Peregrine,to jack the stock price up. Here to gain credibility as a charity? Who knows? I am sure Father Foglio Jr. has an idea,as an adviser.  Note: There are a few World Help named organizations. This one is based in Virginia.
