Chick-Fil-A Launches Teddy Bear Drive, Food Giveaway Promotion

From 5 pm to 7 pm today only: give a teddy bear, get free food.

SAN DIEGO COUNTY -- Anyone bringing a new teddy bear with tags attached to a San Diego-area Chick-fil-A restaurant between 5 pm and 7 pm Nov. 3 will receive a free chicken sandwich meal or a free four-piece nuggets kids meal.

The promotion is part of an effort to help San Diego Regional Law Enforcement collect teddy bears for their annual drive to benefit Rady Children's Hopsital.

Chick-fil-A has several locations in San Diego County, including multiple restaurants in the city San Diego, as well as locations in Oceanside, Encinitas, Escondido, Santee and Chula Vista. A full list of California locations is available on the chain's website at https://www.chick-fil-a.com/Lo...

The San Diego Regional Law Enforcement Teddy Bear Drive, which began in 1990, has grown to involve 23 law enforcement agencies who collect more than 50,000 bears annually. This year, the City of Carlsbad Police Department and City of Coronado Police Department are organizers of the annual effort, which runs through Nov. 6.

The free food offer is only valid Nov. 3 and cannot be combined with any other offer. Only one offer per customer and the offer is valid while supplies last.
