PRESENTATION

The Santee Parks and Recreation Committee (SPARC) will present $10,000 to a City of Santee park fund, which was raised at the Santee Bluegrass Festival.

NEW BUSINESS

• The tax and location agreement between City of Santee and HD Supply Facilities Maintenance was taken off the agenda for the last meeting, and will be discussed this week- The council will consider an agreement between the city and HD Supply to expand the company's location in Santee and make Santee the permanent point of sale for the company. The deal would give a major boost to the sales tax revenue for the city, and once Santee's new sales tax revenue hits $500,000, the city would return 50 percent of the company's sales tax back to HD Supply (if the city gets $600,000 in new sales tax revenue from HD Supply, it would return $300,000 to the company). This deal would last for 20 years.

If you want to publicly comment on any topic, fill out a speaker slip at the beginning of the meeting.
