Deputies Seize Drugs, Guns, Stolen Vehicles In Spring Valley Raid

SPRING VALLEY, CA — Authorities seized firearms and dugs, uncovered a suspected fraud lab, and arrested a suspect after serving a high-risk search warrant at a Spring Valley home, authorities said.
Personnel with the San Diego County Sheriff's Office served the warrant around 6 a.m. Friday in the 10300 block of Del Rio Road. Deputies found more than 20 firearms and firearm parts, along with military-style armored vests and large quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine, according to San Diego County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies recovered two stolen motorcycles, a Home Depot rental truck and a toy hauler trailer that had not yet been reported stolen. Investigators also found a small fraud lab inside the home that was used to create fake license plates and other items, sheriff's officials said.

Because of the high-risk nature of the operation, deputies used Urk, the sheriff's quadruped robot, to clear the property before entering the home.
Bruce Brian Ron, 34, was arrested on suspicion of charges related to illegal possession of narcotics and firearms, as well as multiple fraud-related offenses. He was booked into San Diego Central Jail.
