East County Man Accused Of Assaulting, Raping Teen Girls

EL CAJON, CA — An East County man is accused of assaulting and raping multiple teen girls, authorities said Friday.

Greyson Washborne, 21, of El Cajon was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of 14 criminal counts, including rape, sodomy and forcible sexual assault, according to the El Cajon Police Department.

"During the course of the investigation, detectives identified three victims who reported that the suspect had committed sexual offenses against them while in relationships," police Sgt. Steven Breakall said. "Two of the victims were 16 years old at the time of the alleged incidents."

Washborne, who has also gone by the name Thomas Menchaca, was booked into San Diego Central Jail.
