Community Self Defense Day

American Fortitude Martial Arts Academy is hosting it's Community Self Defense Day on July 21st. We will have a Kids' workshop at 10:30 a.m.,

Women only (13years old+) at 11:30 a.m.

and a teen/adult workshop at 1:00 p.m.
