This Mat Pilates style class will include the use of equipment such as flex bands, Pilates rings, light weights, and balls to enhance and intensify your workout. Core Power is an excellent means by which students can increase core strength, flexibility, and stamina. This mixed level class focuses on strength, precision, and flow of movement. In this small class setting exercises will be given at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace.
