Classes are $185; Spouses may come and share the cooking experience

Classes consist of one 5 hour training session put on by Smokin' Joe himself.

Each participant will receive

Ø 1 Tri-Tip Roast

Ø 1 Whole Chicken

Ø 1 Rack of Ribs

Ø 4 Hotlinks

Ø 1 LB of Salmon

Ø A wealth of knowledge
