SANTEE, CA — A man was killed in a mobile home fire early Monday morning in San Diego's East County.

The fire sparked shortly before 2:30 a.m. at a home in the 10000 block of Woodside Avenue in Santee, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. Deputies from the Santee Sheriff's Station and the Santee Fire Department arrived within minutes and found the home fully engulfed in flames.
